The Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) is now being implemented across all 50 states, and activity is accelerating every week. Each week, we’ll post an updated chart summarizing the latest state actions so transportation, health, and community partners can track progress in real time.
Our goal is to make it easy for providers, agencies, and local partners to see where funding is moving, which opportunities are open, and how states are interpreting federal priorities on the ground.
