CCAM-TAC has launched a brand new toolkit! This toolkit is designed to help transit providers play a role in fixing the current rural health paradox. This toolkit provides information on the new CMS Rural Health Transformation Program and how transit providers in different states can help bridge the gap in rural health.

2027 Community Rides Grants

Up to $100,000 is now available for innovative local transportation pilots that strengthen cross‑sector coordination and expand access to healthcare, jobs, education, healthy food, and vital community services. Public transit providers, tribal transit, local governments, and eligible nonprofits are invited to apply in formal partnership with community agencies. Explore how your community can launch new or expanded mobility solutions through this national pilot initiative.

Trip Cost Allocation tool

The CCAM-TAC Trip Cost Allocation Tool is a structured, compliant approach to allocating and tracking transportation expenses – ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistency across programs.This model is designed to assist transportation providers in developing estimates of the fully allocated costs of providing a transportation service under contract, using a consistent and reliable methodology approved by both providers and purchasers of transportation.

NEW Innovative Coordinated Access and Mobility (ICAM) Pilot Program Webpage!

The Innovative Coordinated Access and Mobility (ICAM) Pilot Program is a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) competitive program that funds innovative capital projects designed to improve coordination of public transportation and non‑emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with low incomes. Its main purpose is to improve access to public transportation by building partnerships among health, transportation, and other service providers.
