Stop Hopper, a microtransit service pilot program launched by rabbittransit three years ago, has been awarded more than $50,000 by the Degenstein Foundation
The Stop Hopper program provides an on-demand shuttle service for customers to use and travel within the service zone boundaries.
This program provides free transportation for seniors with a registered free fare ID card, and $2 per one-way trip for everyone else. Children under 44 inches ride for free with a fare-paying adult.
Rabbittransit Executive Director Richard Farr revealed the grant during the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce’s 16th annual Economic Forecast event. [Charles B.
