Andrew Carpenter leads CTAA’s Transit Technology Technical Assistance efforts. Through the National Center for Applied Transit Technology (N-CATT) and other efforts, Andrew and his team have supported dozens of small-urban and rural transit agencies in understanding new technology tools, prioritizing them, and making decisions about them. He and the Transit Tech team have also begun building easy-access tools to provide agencies with limited staff access to basic decision-making tools.
