Jane Mahoney joined CTAA in 2025 as a Grants Administrator with the CCAM Technical Assistance Center (CCAM‑TAC). She manages FTA’s ICAM grants and supports all aspects of CCAM‑TAC’s work, including developing guidance materials, web content and toolkits, maintaining the CCAM‑TAC website, and providing technical assistance to grantees and applicants to support the coordination of accessible transportation.

Before joining CTAA, Jane spent four years at the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC), where she facilitated the Coordination Advisory Council, developed resources and delivered trainings on digital accessibility, coordination, community engagement, and ADA topics. A central focus of her work is connecting professionals across agencies and regions to strengthen coordination and share practical solutions.

Jane’s earlier career was rooted in the Wisconsin Aging Network, including direct work with family caregivers and 12 years as an Older Americans Act Consultant serving 70 counties and 11 tribes. She played key roles in statewide and national caregiving initiatives, experience that gives her a strong understanding of coordination across systems.

Driven by a commitment to helping all community members live fulfilling lives, Jane brings a strong focus on partnership-building and coordinated approaches, always with an eye towards accessibility.

Jane is a certified ADA Coordinator and holds a degree in social work from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She lives in northwest Wisconsin with her husband, where she enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, and playing horn for musicals and her local symphony.
