Jordan Howard is the Manager of CTAA’s Technical Assistance programs. He manages the organization’s community based work with tribal, rural, and small urban transit agencies across the United States. This work includes service redesigns, cost estimates, scenario planning, and research into best practices to provide implementation recommendations. Prior to joining CTAA, Jordan served in various consulting and technical assistance roles, helping communities realize their goals and reach their full potential. He received his Master’s in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. Jordan graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Political Science.
