Kayla Cassanova, Program Associate

Kayla Casanova. is a Program Associate with the Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility Technical Assistance Center (CCAM-TAC), where she helps support communities and organizations in improving access to transportation and mobility services. Kayla is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping communities navigate
challenges related to transportation, housing, healthcare, employment, and other essential services. She enjoys bringing people together to share ideas, learn from one another, and identify solutions that improve quality of life for individuals and families.

Prior to and throughout her work with CCAM-TAC, Kayla has been committed to serving communities through housing and community development initiatives, supporting local organizations, and helping build stronger partnerships between service providers and the people they serve. She believes that collaboration, accessibility, and relationship-building are at the heart of creating lasting community impact.

Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, has strengthened her passion for serving others and addressing barriers that impact individuals and communities. What Kayla values most about her work is the opportunity to support others, foster connections, and contribute to efforts that make services more accessible and supportive for everyone.
