Hyperloop technology gets huge boost in newly passed infrastructure bill

Hyperloop is a new form of ground transportation currently being developed by a number of companies.
The transportation method would carry passengers in pods through giant low-pressure tunnels, either above or below ground, at speeds of about 700 miles per hour.
The landmark infrastructure bill will make companies eligible for federal funding for hyperloop projects.
