Traci is a dedicated community-focused professional with a background rooted in public service, mobility management, and community engagement. She is a graduate of Purdue University, where she earned her degree in Legal Studies, and she also completed law-enforcement training through Ohio University’s Southern Ohio Police Training Institute. Before stepping into her current role, she served as a Mobility Manager for several rural, southern Ohio counties in two distinct settings: first in a county health department and then in a Community Action agency. As a mobility manager, she coordinated multi-agency transportation efforts, strengthened partnerships across human-services providers and worked directly with local leaders to address rural mobility barriers. Her work focused on improving access to employment, healthcare, and essential services by aligning transportation providers, community organizations, and local governments around shared mobility goals.
Her broader career reflects a deep commitment to strengthening communities, expanding access to resources, and building collaborative, data-informed solutions. Traci brings a blend of policy awareness, operational experience, and relationship-driven leadership to her role, with a passion for helping organizations and communities thrive. As a mobility manager, Traci previously worked on projects with the technical assistance centers as CTAA. Now as a CCAM-TAC team member herself, she said, “I’m truly honored to work alongside the CTAA, CCAM-TAC, and our federal and community partners – people I’ve learned from for years through their projects and conferences, and whose work has shaped my own.”
